HIC conducted a face-to-face workshop for Kinsetsu, a tracking solution company aiming to expand its business further into the healthcare industry. 

During this workshop, the HIC team offered personalised guidance to enhance Kinsetsu’s healthcare value proposition. This involved aligning their messaging with NHS priorities and showcasing their range of products within the clinical process, with a strategic focus on a specific area.

Solutions

Through a collaborative collateral review, using a team approach ensuring a rounded analysis based on clinical, technical and user perspectives, a detailed Collateral Review Report was generated. Focusing on product clarity, case study effectiveness, and competitor analysis. This informed a bespoke workshop agenda that tackled Kinsetsu’s healthcare expansion challenges, fostering interactive discussions for use case mapping and partnership identification during the interactive workshop. 



Outcomes and Benefits

The Discovery Workshop significantly enhanced Kinsetsu’s understanding of the healthcare industry and clinical pathways. We’ve mapped out a strategic use case for Pathology and Medical Device Management, targeting diverse stakeholders. The output of our work is a comprehensive Final Report, including a project vision, high-level requirements, success criteria, risk assessment, and constraints identification. Additionally, we’ve presented a set of recommended activities and next steps to guide Kinsetsu towards their goal in the healthcare sector.
