Hadleigh founded HIC in 2021 with a vision to redefine digital healthcare. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private health sectors, his approach combines strategic insight with a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes through digital technology. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping innovative solutions, particularly in mental health.

Dr Penny Kechagioglou

EPR Network Chair, CCIO, Medical Director, and Consultant Oncologist

Dr Penny Kechagioglou is a senior healthcare leader with 23 years’ experience in the NHS and across the public, private and voluntary sectors. As a consultant clinical oncologist, Executive Medical Director and Chief Clinical Information Officer, she brings expertise in healthcare strategy, innovation and digital transformation, with a particular focus on integrated cancer care. She is also the author of Healthcare Innovation Success, published by Springer.
