Our NHS Strategic Partner

We jointly lead the network with our strategic NHS partner, the North East and Yorkshire Genomic Medicine Service (NEY GMS).

Chaired by Lisa Sewell, Digital Data and Informatics Director for Genomic Medicine at NEY GMS, the partnership brings together NHS leaders, industry and research to support meaningful collaboration around the use of data and digital in genomics.

As one of England’s seven GMSs, NEY GMS provides strategic leadership and clinical insight, helping the network focus on the challenges that matter most to the NHS.

Through events, webinars, NHS-led Specialist Interest Groups and thought leadership, we create opportunities to share expertise and contribute to the wider conversation about where data and digital innovation can support genomic medicine.

The North East and Yorkshire Genomic Medicine Service works across the region to support the delivery and development of genomic medicine.
